Tayari's Blog: Semester's End

Jacob: That pizza was delicious. I know I was pretty terrible at that game-- I blame the lack of TV in my life. Glad we all got to hang out one last time before the finals crunch.

Sasha: It's been an interesting semester, to say the least. We were quite the group of aspiring writers, and its been great to be around such different people. I may have be the one who liked The Stolen Child the most, however. Fairy, faerie, either way its been fun.

Catty: Hope everyone is enjoying the very needed break. I had a good time writing and reading with all of you. Good luck with those celebrity hoaxes and electric sex...

Alex: I have had a great time. I have to admit that I had gotten a little burnt out with my writing but this class turned that all around. More than anything I had a lot of fun in class -- joking around but also getting a lot of great writing done. As for my continuous mockery of a certain story...I'm sorry. I hope to God that I haven't been replaced by a changling. Someone check the length of my fingers, please.

James: A great man once told me that if I believe in myself, I could accomplish anything. That man was Fitness Celebrity John Basedow--yeah, the one with the washboard abs and the feather'd hair--and since that day, my life has not been the same.
Throughout this class, I have applied the lessons learned from His Fitness and have come out a better man for it. If there is one person that personifies what it means to be a Fitness Celebrity, it would be John Basedow. But if there were two? Tayari A. Jones.
