a certain member of our blog comminity crochetted me an afghan. It arrived in so much bubble wrap and other protection (certified mail, signature, etc) that I thought it was a flat screen TV! This, of course, would have been a problem since I don't even have cable, let alone HD! Anyway, I opened up the carton and received a box full of love.
Just call me Linus as I drag it from room to room!

The crochet needle disentengrated after THAT feat! The ultimate fan only gives the ultimate gift!
The day after I mailed it, I felt the way I felt after turning in my dissertation to the grad office... like I was suppose to be frantically doing something, but had FINISHED! Oh joy! LOL.
(And I'm getting a BUNCH of requests from people wanting ME to make them one.)
