Hmm.. was it only two years ago when people were saying African American lit was the NEXT BIG THING? Well, as we used to say in the 80′s.. PSYCHE!

    “Psyche” is right!
    I thought there would at least be a couple of AA titles on the list.
    I would be curious to see YOUR “best of” list!

    Interesting list. Now hold onto your sense of humor: AA lit is always hot over at Essence where “urban fiction” seems to be king, or maybe Queen…and always on the list of bestsellers (Mercy!)
